F - Fully

A - Aligned

I - Inside

T - Thy

H - Heart 

Knowing that the plans for your life are spiritually guided. While we all have Free Will and Free Choice IF your plans and choices lead to turmoil, loss, difficulty, sadness, confusion, abuse or any unsettling feelings within, it is most likely that the choice we made was not where we were supposed to be. GODS Rejection is Your protection. While we can retreat and try again in whatever circumstances we find ourselves we often know inside that our intuition, and instincts will always try to let us know to proceed or step back. Lessons we must learn in order to grow spiritually and learn who and what we are here for Life's purpose! Many of us will search for that purpose our entire lives knowing that what is in our heart is where we should follow, yet our lack of faith in ourselves causes insecurity and fear that if we should take that chance on ourselves we will fail! Why is it most of the time we ALL look to the NEGATIVE  WHAT IF?? instead of the POSITIVE WHAT IF?? Its understandable that we all have responsibilities, families that rely on us, debts to pay, daily living expenses, and so we push ourselves to WORK at a job that provides for our necessities but over time can lead to lack of luster for life and living! Sometimes, GOD will take you down a path of hurt, lies, turmoil, abuse, and loss of what you worked hard for only to bring you back to your self because the time has come to heal the 

PAST - Pain Anxiety Same Trauma 

that we continue to relive - only because it's what WE KNOW HOW TO HANDLE! 

TODAY - Take the Chance on YOU! Do something you have always wanted to do, or plan something, no matter how small or big... Could be your health, a hobby, sign up for a class, a race, learn to cook, DO Something that scares you! TAKE the STEPS to Make Your dreams or dream come true!
