Welcome to FAB FIT N MORE

FAB FIT N MORE is about the empowerment of the mind, body, soul and spirit. Knowing how to be and feel fabulous, how to be and feel fit and how to utilize wisdom from all possible sources to bring spirit and soul to the surface for the greater YOU. We focus on the positive in all areas and situations and thrive for the mind body spirit and soul to keep us in the now - the present moments of the gift of LIFE.

Earning my Degree of Life before my Bachelor's Degree in business, I have embarked on many journeys to find what makes me happy. From corporate careers for Fortune 500 Companies to growing a successful home based business from my home, to building a fitness business - I have reinvented myself more times than I like to admit. I have earned certifications in finance, in bartending, in Client Services, and currently hold 9 fitness certifications in the fitness world!  Each
job or J O B ( journey of the broke is what I like to call them) that I have had and even some that I enjoyed have taught me how to be myself, stand up for myself, what NOT to do, how NOT to treat others and most of all that I have yet to find my true life purpose. They say when you LOVE what you do, you NEVER work a day in your life. I am ready for that!

I welcome ALL to join in discussions, state your opinions, add corrections, and ask questions here on this Blog! What will NOT be tolerated is profanity, nasty, hurtful, condescending remarks, comments and or replies. This is a SAFE HAVEN for those who live in POSITIVE surroundings, with a GRATEFUL HEART or have the DESIRE to learn how to change their focus to a tranquil peaceful state of being. This is a place to share wisdom, ideas, and teachings as if we each have one idea and share it we then have a multitude of ideas to chose from. My mission statement is for each one that passes through here BE FAB-ulous   BE FIT   N   BE MORE everyday!

LOVE & LIGHT !! Kim

  1. Kim recommended this book, the wisdom of menapause as I'm 50 going through menapause and really not understanding what's happening with me. Two months ago I found myself in the ER with chest pain, burning sensation, and numbness and tingling. I freaked out thinking I was having a heart attack. Dr did series of testing, ruled out heart attack and all came back normal except they found I have slight leakage in some of my valves. Doctors couldn't explain what caused the episode. Afree reading some of this book my episode was all part of menopause. .I am also recommending this book to help guide you through things that are hard to grasp and understand.
