Fab Fit N More Weekend Thoughts

Your daily routine is the key to the life you are living today. Its ties into the choices we make daily will determine the life we live. Your success in any goal that you set for yourself requires work and daily effort. Go back and write down your daily activities and see what you do each day. If you want a new job then you must update your resume, search for positions available and apply for them. This is work. If you want to paint your home then you choose a color, go to the store and purchase the paint and tools you will need and go home to WORK on your project. We all know this yet when it comes to personal goals having to do with health and wellness we sabotage the goal with words like I can't do that, nothing works for me, I don't like that food, its too much work to prep food, I don't have the time when in reality all this is IS YOU not wanting to work for it. People will work for the things and hobbies they enjoy or want to have yet without your health you may not get to enjoy them. Start this weekend to remove negative toned words from your vocabulary begin with CAN'T - YOU CAN do anything if you CHOOSE to. TRY - TRY to walk - TRY to pick up a pencil or cup of coffee - HA you just do it right?? SO just get up and walk for 15 minutes every morning, Next, IF ONLY - IF ONLY what? If only you had a chef to prepare your food? If only you had a gym in your home? If only I had more time? MAKE THE EFFORT to cook for 2 hours on Sunday and plate your meals for the week. Make the effort to get on the floor and do exercises, make the TIME as you do for other things. Write down your weekly schedule on a calendar and you CAN fine time for your HEALTH. Remember HEALTH is a GIFT that can NOT BE BOUGHT!! Do something this weekend that moves you towards BEING FIT for your life! Tell us about it!!

FAB FIT N MORE Thought for Today

Hello again - its been 6 months since my last post - I am human and fell off the wagon of goals. It happens to the majority of people who set a goal and then don't follow through. Why does this happen? I believe it has to do with a burning desire that is needed to back the goal. For example many people set the goal to "get fit, or lose weight, start to exercise regularly" in the month of January. They think that since the holidays are out of the way, and the busy time of visiting, shopping and doing are all gone and so of course they will have plenty of time to exercise. Too bad it lasts a few weeks, maybe a month and they fall back into the old routine and excuses that held them back year after year. When you have a BURNING DESIRE in your heart nothing, no one, and no excuse will take you away from that desire. Lets say that the good ole doc gave you your physical results and told you "if you don't exercise 30 minutes a day your heart attack will happen on this particular day and I cant tell you if you make it or not." THAT would be a burning desire to make sure you LIVE - right? Where have your desires gone? Did you have any as a kid? Do you still dream of owning a business or a home, running a marathon, losing weight, finishing a degree or masters, WHAT DO YOU REALLY WANT? You can have all you desire once you CLEAR your mind of all negative thoughts and words and replace them with affirmations, desire and a NO EXCUSE attitude. Write it down and read it over and over, carry it with you and remind yourself everyday 2-3 times a day of what you want - get a picture of it, think about it, affirm it, and feel like you have it already - be grateful about it and leave it to God, or whatever you call your higher power. If you do the work, it shall come to pass. I connected back into my learning, listening and doing mode about 4 weeks ago and manifested $$ people & more to move me back to my purpose and desire! That being said I am back with my BURNING desire to empower women to BE Fabulous BE Fit and BE More. Stay tuned for workshops, coaching, U Tube videos, and more!  Love & Light! Kim
